Brad Morrison, Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer, Brad brings thought leadership to Vayan to provide the elements to determine the company's global technology strategy. Working directly with the executive team, he demonstrates a strong sense of fiscal responsibility in terms of cost and risk mitigation with direct applicability to business needs. In keeping with the company’s rapidly changing technology needs, Brad constantly evaluates and adopts relevant new technologies that improve the company's infrastructure and processes, as well as its value proposition to clients.
He is currently responsible for developing and implementing the strategic and tactical business plans that effectively deliver the technology, software development, and systems required by both client and internal needs, within a very fast paced and cutting edge organization. He is responsible for ensuring that the technology team meets and exceeds all client expectations.
Brad leads the development of a complex security architecture that support the goals of end to end authentication, authorization, auditability, confidentiality, transactional integrity, non repudiation and availability. He brings together the business and technology organizations in his ability as an effective communicator with both technical and non-technical staff allowing users to feel like he/she understands the company's IT strategy and its role in offering systems that support their functions and their success.
Brad previously founded PowerConcepts, Inc., a Dallas-based solutions-based provider of client/server and web-based applications to Fortune 1000 companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. PowerConcepts quickly grew to a multi-million dollar software consulting company within a few years. He brings 20+ years of technical experience that includes a successful 9-year track record in design, development, and implementation of internet/intranet business platforms and emerging web-based technologies. His expertise includes website/e-commerce design & development, database and network administration, project management and team leader. Brad has a B.B.A. in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University. |
