Jesse J. Lo Ré, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Vayan Marketing Group, Jesse Lo Ré has overall responsibility for the Vayan P&L across all service lines while providing his leadership to areas of operations, technology, human resources, and accounting. His day to day responsibilities include providing direction across many of the Vayan service lines, consulting with strategic clients, and acting as interim CFO of the firm. Jesse's experience spans over 13 years in management and leadership roles ranging from entrepreneurial consulting firms to Fortune 500 private sector firms.
He previously founded the management and technology consulting firm Wisdom Management Group which provided consulting services for clients such as Marriott, Boca Java, Island Cruises, among others. In addition, he was one of the original founders of Xcelerate Corporation which grew from 2 to 375 employees within three years. Jesse's responsibilities included the directing sales and marketing of Xcelerate services and products for the Florida region, as well as the definition, sales, and delivery of solutions for strategic clients, such as Royal Caribbean, Ryder, and United Parcel Service. He was also instrumental in assisting in the creation of the company methodology and best practices. Prior to this, Jesse specialized as a Client Partner in application development, Internet application development, and Systems Architecture Design.
Jesse has had a distinguished career with companies such as Ryder Integrated Logistics, IBM, Cambridge Technology Partners, and the Miami Herald Publishing Company. He has a broad range of industry experience including Travel and Tourism, Retail, Media & Communications, Transportation & Logistics, Financial Industry, and Manufacturing. He holds an MBA from the University of Miami, Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Jesse also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. |
